These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Mlenje's website and mobile app (together, the "Service"), operated by Mlenje ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You may sign in using Google; doing so is subject to Google's own terms in addition to these.
Mlenje helps professionals discover and apply to jobs, and helps employers find candidates. Features may include AI-generated CVs and cover letters, saving documents to your Google Drive, and sending job application emails from your Gmail account on your behalf, each only with your explicit action and consent. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as your CV, work history, and messages). By submitting content, you grant Mlenje a limited license to use, store, and display it as needed to operate the Service, including sharing your application materials with employers you apply to.
The Service integrates with third-party services, including Google (Sign-In, Drive, and Gmail), to provide certain features. Your use of those integrations is also governed by the relevant third party's own terms and privacy policy. See our Privacy Policy for details on what Google data we access and why.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that you will find or be offered employment, or that any job listing is accurate, current, or suitable. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mlenje will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any hiring or employment decisions made by third parties.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Malawi, without regard to conflict of law principles.
